  • Instrument calibrations and verifications;
    • Adjusting the output of an instrument to correspond within a specified accuracy with another test instrument that is set-up and verified to match the standard;
      • Pressure, temperature (RTD/Thermocouple), flow, 4-20 mA including smart transmitters compatible with HART communicator.
    • P&ID/F&ID walk downs
  • Loop and communication checks;
    • Continuity (point to point) checks in accordance with documentation. Verifying correct cause, effect, status and range for each input and output signal;
    • ModBus testing between control panels and DCS.
  • Functional verification;
    • Motor rotation checks, sequence verification’s, testing alarm and trip conditions.
